UV Resin
UV Light
Bezels or Silicone Molds

Other helpful supplies:

Tape
Pigments
Fillers like glitter, sequins, mica powder, photos, pressed flowers, etc
Paint pens
Small cups and sticks for mixing
Gloves
Tweezers
Face mask

Jewelry supplies like…
