I use the Adobe Creative Suite to edit and print my images, but there are free resources available as well. The one that I have used personally that is user-friendly is Canva. I use the free version of Canva, but there are extra features you can use with the paid version. Krita is another Photoshop alternative I have heard of but haven’t personally used.

New Greeting Cards, Prints, and Stickers

New greeting cards and prints! My mom was the main inspiration behind these greeting cards. She loves to write notes to let others know that she is thinking about them and praying for their intentions. Words have power and it receiving a handwritten card is a very special and meaningful gift. I have a couple of designs and they come in sets of 5 with matching white envelopes.

It was also on my heart to offer Walking On Water as a vinyl sticker. It’s a meaningful image to me and a good reminder to allow Jesus to take the lead. I still need to work on being a receptive and trusting follow!

I also have some new art prints of St. Gianna and the Holy Family Hearts as well.

Behind the Scenes: The Holy Family

Every Advent, I like to work on a personal piece of artwork to help me contemplate the season. I decided to work on an image of the Holy Family after the birth of Jesus. I would work on it a little at a time using my iPad and an art app called Procreate.

Today’s video is a behind-the-scenes look at how I go from concept to sketch to final artwork. It’s hours of work condensed into a short sneak peek look at my process.

This image is also available as a print on my website.
